Delivery Policy:

Wine for Life has Members all around the country. For that reason we put a lot of time and effort into making sure that we have the best possible delivery network to get your wines to you. Wine for Life currently uses Australia Post and selected couriers to deliver to all states of Australia. Wine for Life can deliver to anywhere in Australia except for designated dry zones. Deliveries into rural areas may be made to the local post offices or courier depots, and in these circumstances a delivery notice will be provided by the contracted courier. We have a preference for you to supply us a business delivery address, so that delivery can be provided during normal business hours and a proof of delivery signature can be obtained. Delivery of our wines can take longer then with other sites. This is because we offer a mixed case service requiring orders to be picked from a multitude of locations. We ask the purchasers allow 14 days for delivery even though in many circumstances we would expect delivery to be effected in far less then that time.


Refund Policy:

Wine for Life are happy to accept returns from our Members provided the following guidelines are met:

  1. The Member should contact our Customer Service department within 14 days of the delivery. Member must know order number and a list of items and the quantities they are ringing about.
  2. If refund is approved an Return Authorisation (RA) number will be issued to the member and a RA Confirmation form will be emailed through to them. This form MUST be sent with the goods if they are requested to be returned to Wine For Life.
  3. Items must be in original condition and un-opened. Items must be packed in a safe manner to prevent any breakages during transport back to Wine For Life.


IMPORTANT NOTES -

  • Wine For Life will not be held responsible for any damages caused during transportation goods as we rely on third parties to deliver orders.
  • All refunds will be processed within 5 working days of wine being received and are processed back to the original form of payment.
  • When purchasing Wine For Life asks all potential buyers to take into account the risk of cork failure in old wines. A certain amount of ullage will occur in older bottles. Price can be an indicator of ullage with lower priced wines having more ullaged occurrences than others. No refunds will be processed for spoiled, ullaged, corked or oxidized wine.
  • Wine For Life at its discretion can and will charge a restocking fee of $3.95 per item for those under $50 and for all items over $50 a restocking fee of 5% of the items value.
  • Please be aware that Wine For Life relies on third-party courier services and there can be time where incidents such as missing or stolen parcels, damaged goods or incomplete orders. We ask for our customer’s understanding, we apologise for any inconveniences that may be caused and we ask for your patience during this time as we contact our delivery service provider/s to obtain a resolution.
