Palate: Medium bodied with a creamy middle palate from extended lees contact. The finish is crisp and long.

Cellaring: Will continue to improve in the bottle for 4-6 years.

Winemaker's comments: This wine is an excellent example of the style of semillon that the Barossa is known for. The nose displays the lemon and citrus characters typical of semillon and is balanced with subtle oak. The palate is medium bodied with an underlying richness. Crisp acidity gives the wine length and structure. This wine will age gracefully with careful cellaring.
